Frozen Gate
It is achingly cold and for the moment quite still and silent. The Scottish winter defeats all attempts to work on the land. The metal of this gate is so cold that one's skin would stick to it.
With the coldness comes an extreme clarity - the gate appears 3 dimensional.
Taken on film at Findon near Gamrie, Aberdeenshire during the winter of 2000.
